We do not guarantee increased sales, revenue, monetization, verification, search ranking, recommendation placement or any particular business result.
Customer Order Responsibility
You are responsible for providing the correct profile, post, video, channel, username or other requested destination when placing an order.
Unless a service specifically states otherwise, the target account or content must remain publicly accessible while the order is being processed.
Orders submitted to an incorrect link or username may not be recoverable after fulfillment has begun.
Delivery and Processing
Start times, speeds and completion times shown with a service are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines.
Orders may be delayed by provider capacity, social-media platform updates, maintenance, rate limits, network issues or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Customers should avoid placing multiple overlapping orders for the same target while another order is still processing, because doing so can interfere with delivery and tracking.
Drops and Refill Services
Social-media engagement can fluctuate or decrease after delivery. A refill is available only when the purchased service specifically includes a refill guarantee.
Refill eligibility, duration and other conditions depend on the individual service description and provider availability.
Services without a stated refill period do not include a refill guarantee.
Cancellations
Cancellation availability varies by service. Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, cancellation may not be technically possible.
A cancellation request is not considered completed until the order status confirms that the cancellation was accepted.
Payments and Refunds
Orders are not submitted for fulfillment until payment has been successfully confirmed.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order, including its fulfillment status, delivered quantity, service terms and whether the customer supplied accurate order information.
Completed services and portions of services already delivered generally cannot be reversed. If you believe an order has a problem, please contact support so the order can be reviewed.
Social Platform Changes
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram and other third-party platforms may change their systems, policies, algorithms or technical requirements at any time.
These changes may affect delivery speed, service availability, retention, pricing or whether a particular service can continue to operate.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Certain orders may be fulfilled through third-party service providers. Information required to complete an order, such as the target link, username, service selection and quantity, may be transmitted to the fulfillment provider.
We do not provide social-media account passwords to fulfillment providers and customers should never submit their social-media password when placing an order.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for unlawful activity, threats, harassment, impersonation, fraud, unauthorized access or any activity intended to cause harm to another person or organization.
We may reject, suspend or cancel access when we reasonably believe the service is being abused or used unlawfully.
No Social-Platform Affiliation
Followers Store is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Telegram or any other social-media platform unless expressly stated.
All third-party trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.
Service Availability and Pricing
Services, quantities, features, prices and availability may change without advance notice.
If a service becomes unavailable before an order can be fulfilled, we may provide an appropriate replacement, adjustment, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Followers Store is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from changes or actions taken by third-party social-media platforms.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated as the store, payment systems, providers or applicable requirements change.
